The seller is Artsiom Sapranovich SAPR-ART, registered in Poland in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, with TIN (taxpayer identification number): 7792537600, REGON: 521581870.
2. Product DescriptionSAPR-ART provides digital software products in the form of plugins and applications for engineering design software. The products are delivered electronically and require activation via a license manager.
3. Free TrialSAPR-ART may offer a free trial period of 14 days. The free trial allows limited or full access to the software for evaluation purposes. The free trial is provided once per user and does not automatically convert into a paid purchase.
4. Technical RequirementsUse of the products requires a compatible device, a supported software environment, internet access, and an active email address. The customer is responsible for ensuring that their environment meets these requirements.
5. LicenseBy purchasing SAPR-ART developments, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable online license for a fixed period of 1 month or 1 year, depending on the selected option, starting from the moment access is provided via the license manager.
The license allows you to use the software but does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property. The license may not be transferred, sublicensed, shared, resold, or made available to third parties.
The customer may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the software, except where permitted by applicable law.
6. PaymentPayments are processed via Stripe. Access to the product is granted after successful payment.
7. DeliveryThe product is delivered electronically. Access to the software is provided after payment via the license manager or by email with access instructions.
8. InvoicesInvoices are issued electronically upon request and sent by email.
9. Customer ResponsibilitiesThe customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete purchase and billing information. SAPR-ART is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete data provided by the customer.
10. Refund PolicyBecause the products are delivered digitally, no refund is available once access to the software or license has been provided.
11. Limitation of LiabilitySAPR-ART is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of SAPR-ART shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product.
12. Intellectual PropertyAll rights to the software, website content, documentation, interface elements, and related materials remain the property of SAPR-ART. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
13. Changes to TermsSAPR-ART may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on the website.
14. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
